What is Durban Curry?

Durban, a coastal city in South Africa, is home to one of the largest Indian communities outside of India. Over generations, Indian cooking traditions blended with local ingredients and flavors to create a distinctive style of curry known for its deep spice, vibrant heat, and rich sauces.

Concepta grew up with these traditions and now shares them through her food, spices, and culinary experiences in Maine.
