Concepta’s Studio Dhal Soup Mix brings that tradition to your kitchen in an easy, shelf-stable format. Red lentils are paired with my own blend of spices. Everything you need is inside the pouch—just add water and salt to taste.

Simmer until the lentils are tender and enjoy it as a hearty soup, or use a little less water for a thicker dhal to serve alongside rice, curry or your favorite bread.
