For this gathering, the spotlight is on Bunny Chow—Durban's legendary curry served in a hollowed loaf of bread. Born from the city's Indian community, Bunny Chow has become one of South Africa's most beloved comfort foods and remains a symbol of Durban's unique culinary identity.

Guests are invited to experience it the traditional way—eating with their hands, just as generations of Durban locals have done.

Hosted at the Belfast Boathouse, this intimate waterfront gathering brings together the bold flavors and rich heritage of Durban in a warm, welcoming setting overlooking Belfast Harbor. Guests will gather around shared tables for an evening centered around food, storytelling, culture, and community.
