Mixed Vegetable Curry Spice Blend

The dish typically consists of a medley of fresh vegetables, such as potatoes, carrots, peas, and beans, cooked in a fragrant blend of spices. These spices infusing the vegetables with rich, aromatic flavors.

You have the option of using frozen or fresh vegetables. If using fresh vegetables (combo of any 3-4 of your choice), add to the pot based on cooking time. Some require a longer cooking time than others.

Spice Mix Ingredients: Chili powder, Kashmiri powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder.

Whole Spices: Cumin seeds, Mustard seeds, cardamon pod, cinnamon stick, bay leaf.
